I personally had the vaccination vaccine administered to emphasize the safety and effectiveness of the vaccine. I am really delighted that health workers who have already been vaccinated against COVID-19 are also responding well to the vaccination. “It gives me great pride that SIMS hospitals are part of this historic effort and join India’s largest COVID-19 vaccination campaign with the ‘Covishield’ vaccine. I am proud to mention that the SIMS Hospital has treated over 3,500 COVID patients in the past 10 months. Now I am happy to share that eminent doctors, heads of departments, including myself, were among the first to take the Covishield vaccine at SIMS. We sincerely thank the government of Tamil Nadu and the central government for giving us this opportunity to benefit many people to resume normal life and help them regain their livelihoods, ”said Ravi Pachamoothoo, President of SRM Hospitals.
